Anti FGFR1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Background
The protein FGFR1 is highly conserved between members throughout evolution. This particular family member of FGFR1 binds both acidic and basic fibroblast growth factors and is involved in limb induction. Mutations of FGFR1 protein have been associated with Pfeiffer syndrome, Jackson-Weiss syndrome, Antley-Bixler syndrome, osteoglophonic dysplasia, squamous cell lung cancer and autosomal dominant Kallmann syndrome.

Immunofluorescence of cells expressing BRCA2(352-643)protein with Anti BRCA2(352-643) antibody. HEK293T cells was transfected with pCDNA3-GFP BRCA2(352-643) plasmid, then fixed and stained with Anti BRCA2(352-643) monoclonal antibody (Cat. #CS26364-1).
